Fit Steps DVD class with Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe VLOG

Fitness and me have a bit of a love hate relationship. I go the gym 4-5 times a week, but I can't say I love going. I feel good afterwards, but dragging my sorry ass there is a big effort. Oh and don't get me started on the amount of calories I probably consume back from going out...

Anyway needless to say I'm probably your average Joe when it comes to fitness, and in need of a little motivation.

So when an email popped into by inbox asking if I would like to take part in the launch of a new fitness DVD designed by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from Strictly Come Dancing, I leapt at the chance. I mean who hasn't dreamed of staring on that show?

The DVD launched at the end of December, but due to a few personal and technical hitches, it's taken me this long to put this together. However now is actually a great time to introduce you to the fun, ballroom dance inspired workout which promises to burn 700 calories, as if you are like me, February is always the month where resolutions begin to slide...

So I put together a vlog to give you a snap shot of the kind of dance workouts you will do. Enjoy.

If you think this is the workout for you, then you can buy the DVD from most stores, or online.

We can do this guys, let's get fit!

  6. Haha I need to have this playing in the background every time I need to exercise. I'm useless. Really need some motivation for it this year!

  8. It was so fun, comfortable, encouraging and a really great time. Events and things like this add an extra boost to making fitness fun, and DTDC does this frequently.............
